- Manage risk and resolve any financial discrepancies during the project lifecycle.
- Provide professional advice on commercial and contractual matters.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience working on construction projects within the property services or maintenance sectors.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for budgeting and reporting.
- A thorough understanding of construction contracts and legislation.
- Great communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- A competitive salary of £58,500 to £72,500 per annum, depending on experience.
