- Support the Retail Head Chef in planning, coordinating, and delivering all GA and retail food experiences at our state-of-the-art stadium.
- Deliver creative, high-quality food with a strong focus on detail, safety, and team development.
- Assist with menu and recipe setup in procurement systems.
- Help create systems and processes for smooth kitchen operations.
- Support team structure development and training.
- Build strong relationships with logistics to ensure efficient movement of produce.
- Help set up kitchens for speed, safety, and operational excellence.
- Lead food production and delivery across premium GA and retail outlets.
- Ensure consistent product quality and a fan-focused service approach.
- Uphold food safety standards (e.g., temperature checks, FIFO, daily date checks).
- Manage stock ordering, usage, wastage, and allergen/calorie compliance.
- Maintain high hygiene and COSHH standards, report safety or maintenance issues promptly.
- Understand and implement stadium health and safety policies.
- Drive a culture of energy, engagement, and hospitality excellence.
- Ensure the kitchen team is trained to Aramark standards.
- Confident leader with the ability to inspire and motivate large kitchen teams
- Strong communicator, ensuring clear collaboration between front and back of house
- Passionate about food with a flair for hospitality and modern street food trends
- Previous experience in a similar high-paced environment
- Committed to maintaining a safe, hygienic operation in line with company and legal standards
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
