- Lead the calculation of monthly and quarterly accruals, ensuring precision and consistency.
- Review and adjust accruals based on updated financial data and insights.
- Conduct comprehensive month-end reconciliations to guarantee accuracy in financial reporting.
- Interpret and analyze commission data to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align reporting strategies with overarching financial objectives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports on metrics and performance.
- Develop, maintain, and refine financial reporting structures and policies to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve financial reporting processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with sales compensation policies and SOX requirements and maintain supporting documents
- Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to build constructive relationship and drive continuous cross-functional process improvement
- Participate in User Acceptance Test for system plan implementation and updates
- Provide support for any ad hoc business requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in finance, financial reporting, sales compensation, or a related role.
- Deep knowledge of accrual accounting and financial reconciliation processes.
- Experience with commission calculations.
- Proficiency in advanced financial software and analytical tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial databases.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in a high-growth, sales-driven organization.
- Track record of providing innovative solutions and driving process improvements.
