  • Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in nurseries, preschools, or schools
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices
  • A warm, positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Flexibility and a can-do spirit
