We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Hemel Hempstead Office. We are looking for an ambitious, sales-driven professional ready to build and scale strong client relationships and desk performance across both temp and temp-to-perm placements.Why This Role Stands Out

What You'll Do
  • Business Development Powerhouse: Cultivate new client relationships, secure contracts, and grow revenue streams in industrial sectors.
  • Client & Candidate Maestro: Manage existing accounts while delivering first-class service across temporary and temp-to-perm hires.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates; negotiate terms; and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence Lead: Stay ahead on local labour market trends and share insights to inform commercial strategy.
Who We are Looking For
  • Proven track record: Significant success in recruitment (ideally), B2B sales, or senior consultative roles-especially in industrial sectors or fast-paced environments.
  • Natural relationship-builder: Persuasive, confident, and skilled in fostering strong rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Resilient & driven: A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure and relishes the challenge of winning business.
  • Local market familiarity: Knowledge of Hemel Hempstead or surrounding logistics-heavy markets is a distinct advantage.
