What you'll bring
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within a cocktail bar or drinks-led restaurant.
  • A genuine passion for cocktails, with a strong knowledge of the classics, their history, and preparation techniques.
  • Confidence, charisma, and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and valued.
