Technology Portfolio ManagerLocation: Newbury + *Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri*Hybrid

  • Provide reports and analysis to clients of senior management on portfolio performance and market insights.
  • Own delivery & manage an assigned portfolio of business change projects enabled by IT.
  • Collaborate and foster constructive working relationships within the UK Technology team.
  • Work collaboratively and constructively within UK Digital & IT to ensure delivery of the assigned portfolio. Work closely with internal stakeholders and project team to oversee the creation of necessary documentation, including, plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Who You Are
  • Leader with the right culture and a track record of making cultural change in complex organisations.
  • Have experience driving Revenue impacting deliverables.
  • Extensive cross functional end to end technical project or program delivery experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Possesses understanding of frameworks (e.g. Waterfall/Agile.
  • Ideally experience delivering in both Waterfall and Scaled Agile environments.
