- Provide reports and analysis to clients of senior management on portfolio performance and market insights.
- Own delivery & manage an assigned portfolio of business change projects enabled by IT.
- Collaborate and foster constructive working relationships within the UK Technology team.
- Work collaboratively and constructively within UK Digital & IT to ensure delivery of the assigned portfolio. Work closely with internal stakeholders and project team to oversee the creation of necessary documentation, including, plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Leader with the right culture and a track record of making cultural change in complex organisations.
- Have experience driving Revenue impacting deliverables.
- Extensive cross functional end to end technical project or program delivery experience.
- Demonstrable experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Possesses understanding of frameworks (e.g. Waterfall/Agile.
- Ideally experience delivering in both Waterfall and Scaled Agile environments.
