You'll be advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, covering everything from due diligence to structuring and implementation. The work is fast-paced and diverse, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and sectors. You'll be working directly with senior stakeholders, providing practical, commercial advice, while also managing projects and guiding junior colleagues.ResponsibilitiesThe firm is looking for someone ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience) with solid corporate tax advisory experience, particularly in transactional tax.
