Package Salary £37k, Company van, tablet and mobile, 22 days' holiday (rising after 2 years) + bank holidays, company pension, private health insurance, overtime pay, performance bonus.The JobThe Company:Join one of the world’s largest manufacturers in the domestic and commercial heating market as a Technical EngineerWith nearly 50 years of global innovation, they’ve consistently led the way in developing innovative, efficient heating solutions.Strong presence with class-leading gas and oil boilers, as well as future-ready technologies like heat pumps and AI-enabled controls.Benefits of the Technical EngineerSalary £37kCompany van, tablet and mobile22 Days’ holiday (rising after 2 years) + bank holidaysCompany pensionPrivate health insuranceOvertime payPerformance bonusThe Role of the Technical EngineerAs a Technical Engineer, you’ll support customers and field teams across the Southeast by providing expert-level diagnostics and product knowledge on a range of domestic boilers and hot water solutions.Diagnose and repair faults on domestic gas boilers and hot water products at customer sites.Provide technical support via helpline during weekday and Saturday rota.Deliver product training and technical presentations to installers and agents.Support the sales team with technical advice at installer visits and trade events.Oversee local service agents to ensure quality service and stock availability.The Ideal Person for the Technical EngineerYou’ll be a confident and experienced boiler breakdown engineer with strong customer service skills and a proactive, professional approach.At least 5 years of experience in boiler fault-finding and breakdowns with ACS Core & Boiler qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT) and OFTEC Oil Boiler qualifications (OFT10 -105E, OFT10-101, OFT10-600A)Desire to work directly for a market leading manufacturer in a permanent role.If you think the role of Technical Engineer is for you, apply now!Consultant: Justin Webb
