Looking for a role where you can use your talents to make a real difference?Protocol Education are currently looking for creative Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEND school in Kingston upon Thames. This is a chance to bring energy, imagination, and positivity into the classroom while supporting children with a range of additional needs.The role:Supporting pupils in small, nurturing classes where every child is given the attention they deserveUsing creativity—whether it’s drama, dance, music, or visual arts—to inspire learning and build confidenceWorking closely with teachers and therapists to create engaging, inclusive activitiesBeing a proactive, patient, and supportive role model for children with SENDWhat we’re looking for:Teaching Assistants (or aspiring TAs) with a creative or performing arts backgroundExperience working with children or young people with SEND is a bonus, but not essentialEnthusiastic, engaging individuals who can bring fresh ideas and positivity into the classroomWhat you’ll get with Protocol Education:
