In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver tailored education that empowers young people to grow academically, emotionally, and socially. Responsibilities:Creating a Safe & Supportive Space
Foster trust and consistency, ensuring each student feels secure and ready to engage.Designing Bespoke Learning Plans
Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning styles, academic goals, and emotional needs.Working in Partnership with Families
Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to create a seamless support system for students.Building Confidence & Encouraging Progress
Use creative, empathetic approaches to nurture resilience, boost self-esteem, and drive academic achievement.Leading by Example
Model positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal development. Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE equivalentMinimum of 2 years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent communication skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities Why Choose us?We are committed to unlocking every student's potential through tailored academic and emotional support.
