- Design high-quality assets across digital touchpoints (social, ads, landing pages, campaigns, presentations).
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and create scalable design variations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign concepts, brand guidelines, and moodboards.
- Build reusable design systems and templates for speed and consistency.
- Conduct visual and audience research to keep design relevant and culturally resonant.
- Collaborate across creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing work.
- Optimise designs based on user behaviour, engagement insights, and A/B tests.
- Scale winning creatives across multiple languages, regions, and channels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design across social, ads, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Excellent command of typography, layout, and colour.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, Stable Diffusion).
- Experience designing for marketing and performance campaigns.
- Illustration, motion, video editing, or photography skills.
- Experience working on localisation and multilingual campaigns.
- Collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented.
- Balances creativity with pragmatism.
- Self-starter with appetite to learn and explore new technology.
- Excited about combining strong design fundamentals with AI-enhanced workflows.
