Job Title: Sessional Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Lead - Professional ConstructionLocation: East Midlands (Hybrid - On-site & Remote)Start Date: 26th August 2025Contract Length: OngoingHours: 7.4 hours per week (one day - flexible weekday)About the RoleA Further Education provider in the East Midlands is looking for an experienced Sessional Internal Quality Assurance Lead to support their Professional Construction provision. This is a part-time, hybrid role that offers flexibility on which weekday you work.Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out IQA/IV duties for all Level 3 and Level 4 construction qualifications and apprenticeships
  • Liaise with awarding organisations for external quality assurance processes
  • Lead and participate in IQA standardisation meetings
  • Ensure all quality assurance procedures are met in line with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • HND, Foundation Degree, or higher in a construction-related specialism
  • Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent)
  • Verifier Award (V1 or equivalent)
  • Level 2 Maths and English
