Picking and packing duties, opportunity for forklift work, packing orders for stores and creation of promotional materials.37.5 hours per week 3 shifts are available -Shift 1 : Sat-wend , rotating 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00-22:00Shift 2 :Any 5 out of 7, rotating 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00-22:00Shift 3 :Any 5 out of 7, 22:00- 6:00We are currently recruiting for the following Operational vacancies at Hams Hall:Warehouse OperativeOperatives are responsible for the receipt of inbound loads, picking orders, preparing loads for despatch, and loading vehicles using MHE. All of these tasks should be undertaken in a safe and healthy manner, whilst ensuring accuracy and product quality. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a busy warehouse (desired but not essential)
  • Experience of manual handling effectively
  • Understanding of Quality and Health and Safety Standards
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • MHE Licences are advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
