- To carry out first line response to the installed MHE system faults
- Prioritise system faults
- To complete the relevant faults logs
- Assist with the MHE equipment servicing in accordance to the Dematic standards as set out in the equipment manuals
- To ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- To ensure quality of output
- Assist in the completion of relevant service records.
- Assist with the resolution of equipment faults
- To complete written reports
- Involvement in continuous improvement activities
- To have a basic understanding of mechanical / electrically operated machinery
- Previous experience of working in a warehouse or production environment
- Minimum standards of numeracy and literacy
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to prioritise system load error correction faults
- Ability to analyse system load error correction faults
