Do you have a background in social care, experience supporting individuals with SEND, or simply a passion for helping vulnerable children thrive?Protocol Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a supportive and inclusive Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Southend, and we’re looking for compassionate and resilient individuals to join the team as a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
