We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team in Colnbrook, Slough. This is a dynamic and hands-on role ideal for someone enthusiastic about the film, TV, and commercial production industry. The Junior Account Manager will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing client accounts throughout the production lifecycle.Junior Account Manager Role:
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for feature film, TV, and commercial clients. You’ll support account management from the initial enquiry through to final invoice approval. This is a customer-focused role that involves working with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Distribution, while also liaising closely with production crews.Junior Account Manager Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsRespond to emails and phone enquiries in a professional and timely mannerSupport Account Managers in managing productions from start to finishUse electronic job management systemsAssist with the closing of productions, ensuring missing and damaged items are handled and invoicedAttend training sessions at the Colnbrook office as neededComplete tasks assigned by the Sales Team Leader and contribute to wider team objectivesBe flexible to work additional hours when required to meet deadlinesWhat They Are Looking For:Essential:Industry experience within Film, TV, or Commercial lighting rental and salesExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
