Our Bartenders are appointed to prepare and create high quality beverages and provide engaging, refined and intuitive service to all our guests. This role offers a schedule of approximately 45 hours spread over 5 evening shifts per week.Key expectations of this role are
  • Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
  • Efficiently preparing drinks, setting up & breaking down of the bar in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's).
  • Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.
  • Taking a proactive approach in developing the yourself, Barbacks and ultimately the overall guest experience.
Profile
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
  • Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
  • Having a passion for guest service and the art of cocktails crafting.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of Mixology and bartending in a high volume, upscale environment.
