Contract Type: PermanentA leading UK law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team.This is a unique opportunity to work within a top-ranked team (Chambers & Partners) that advises a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and executors across Scotland, the UK, and internationally.Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills and powers of attorney
- Trust and executry administration
- Estate planning and tax advice for high-net-worth clients
- Advising on personal injury trusts and incapacity cases
- Cross-border succession and tax matters
- Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to team training
- Leading client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
- NQ–4 years PQE in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management
- Commercial awareness and billing experience
- Passion for mentoring and team collaboration
