- Leading the production team from the front to drive engagement and performance
- Assessing and reshaping your team, so it is fit for purpose, with the right people, skills and resources in place.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team with a focus on succession planning.
- Identify and implement new, improved ways of working to drive performance and efficiencies.
- Proven leadership skills, with demonstrable experience of developing and improving teams, succession planning, and performance management.
- A proactive, CI focused mindset - somebody who can identify and solve problems.
- Change management - able to take people with through periods of change.
- Collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
