- Identify key tax risks and provide guidance on necessary tax warranties and indemnities, while assessing the tax implications of sale and purchase agreements.
- Coordinate, develop, and execute tax due diligence reviews for target businesses and vendor due diligence assignments.
- Perform pre-disposal reviews of the tax aspects of businesses with sales mandates.
- Comprehend corporate and group reorganisations and clearly communicate these to clients.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA fully qualified.
- Extensive UK corporation tax, capital, and employment tax experience in a transactions environment.
- Ability to understand the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail.
- Capability to identify risk and/or potentially price-affecting issues.
- Client-focused, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.
