We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of initiatives within our customer data management portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and stakeholders across the business. Acting as Product Owner, you’ll contribute to strategic planning and drive product development from concept to release.Responsibilities
  • Lead product delivery across the full lifecycle: planning, prioritisation, development, and release
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape and execute product strategy
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements
  • Use data insights to inform decisions and enhance product performance
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to align product positioning and gather market feedback
  • Support and mentor team members to foster growth and collaboration
Requirements
  • Experience in product management or product ownership, ideally with data-driven platforms
  • Strong interest in data and analytics, with an understanding of statistical concepts
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of key deliverables
  • Committed to building user-centred products that deliver real value
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
