- To effectively manage the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
- Ensuring that your wider team has a clear understanding of the strategic direction of the department and the business in its entirety, and that this is effectively translated into clear and championed visions and strategies.
- Champion the effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems and processes.
- Demonstrate your department's consistent adherence to the Vindis Group's Aftersales Experience; ensuring that every element is executed robustly and consistently, and with a balanced approach to positive customer and business outcomes.
- Have a clear, understood and robust approach to personal development and performance management/measurement across your department, ensuring that all employees within your department have received the coaching and training needed to be able to conduct their roles effectively, and to develop into specialists within their chosen areas.
- Champion and maintain a culture of customer service excellence.
