Job Category: Business supportJob Description:Network Coordinator | 8631 | Permanent Contract | Part-time 21.45 hours per week (Monday, Thursday & Friday) | £26,403 to £28,142 pro rata per annum | Grade E | Kings LynnAn opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and well-organised individual to provide support to the Family Help Protection service.This post is Part-time, Thursday and Monday 08:45 to 17:30 and Friday 08:45 to 16:35. Total 21:45 hours.In this role, you will provide support and assistance to operational Team Managers and Social Care Practitioners, enabling them to spend more time undertaking direct work with children, young people and families.You will have a high level of customer service, good organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise work and problem solve. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, explain technical issues in plain English and have skills in analysing and interpreting data.Excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel and databases are also necessary. You will have the ability to organise meetings, take and produce minutes. You will also have an awareness of data protection and information management.Effective operational support is a vital element to the success of Children's Services. You will be committed to delivering a first-class level of support, proactive as well as positive, and will provide a focused, consistent business support service to managers and staff.You will be joining a well-established, supportive team and full training will be provided.Below is a list of tasks that you would assist and complete, though it is not exhaustive:
  • Ensure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as families
  • Minuting of meetings as required
  • Tracking of TACS/group supervisions
  • Support the financial processes e.g. raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, setting up payments
  • Coordinate information on bespoke systems
  • Travel and booking arrangement for staff
  • Duty rotas
