You’ll be running your own patch — building relationships with schools, finding and placing brilliant educators, managing your desk like it's your own business (because it kind of is). You’ll juggle bookings, troubleshoot last-minute cancellations, chat with clients, screen candidates, and feel proud when your people show up and shine.Whether you’ve done recruitment before or come from a sales or education background, we’ll train you up in our way of working: fast, human, honest, and fun .Top Non-Negotiables:You can learn the systems, but the magic?
