RINA is currently recruiting for a Quality Advisor to join its office in Leatherhead within the RINA Consulting QOHSE Division.About UsRINA Tech UK Ltd. is a leading company in the QHSE sector, dedicated to driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems ISO9001 & ISO17025. We pride ourselves on our diverse and friendly team, and we are looking for a passionate Quality Advisor to join us.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Quality Advisor to support our operations within the QHSE department. This role focuses on driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems ISO9001 & ISO17025 across various business units, practices, and disciplines. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy asking questions, and have an organized and proactive approach, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, update, and maintain the RINA (UK) Business Management System.
  • Maintain the audit database and ensure actions are completed in accordance with procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and update the internal auditing system.
  • Drive the completion of findings and corrective/preventative actions.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 certification and ISO 17025 accreditation.
  • Foster understanding of Quality and its benefits within the company.
  • Provide support on quality issues to all areas of the business.
  • Act as deputy for the QHSE Manager at Quality-related forums.
  • Work closely with the wider QHSE team.
  • Stay current on industry changes and innovations.
  • Regularly review legislation, standards, specifications, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Produce regular Quality reports for the business.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering Quality-related training.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, including certification and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant degree.
  • ISO9001 and/or ISO17025 internal auditor certification.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation.
  • High level of competency in writing and maintaining professional documentation.
  • Experience in delivering training.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels.
