Working with our CTO, CEO, product design team, ML Research Scientists and a robust engineering team, you will be responsible for innovating and delivering across user flows, including:-Collaborate with customers to define and refine product featuresSupport our Product Marketing Lead, Cat in shaping user personas and quantifying buyer personasWork closely with the design team to iterate on concepts, wireframes, and prototypesWrite clear user stories and contribute to defining and maintaining the product roadmapOperate within Agile/Scrum frameworks, applying the Jobs To Be Done methodology.Coordinate regular product release cycles in line with company strategyTriage user-reported bugs and help prioritise feature developmentConduct customer interviews to ensure a user-centric approach to product developmentDefine and track metrics to measure product success, product-market fit, user satisfaction, and ROILeverage generative AI and agentic AI tools to accelerate workflows with a view to ‘verticalise’ more ie do more of the designer and engineer role in addition to traditional PM responsibilitiesBalance iterative improvements with bold, disruptive product innovationsThis is how we’ll set you up for success and the outcomes we expect from youOver your first 90 days you can expect us to help point you in the right direction to set you up for success.
