You will implement according to the HSBC Change Framework, ensuring discipline across planning, execution, and benefits realization. Working closely with the Senior Global Delivery leads, you will align programmes with the wider change portfolio within the Value Stream delivery construct.Within Global Private Banking & Wealth (GPB&W) Transformation, you will oversee the Change the Bank investment portfolio, delivering strategic change across GPB&W. You will drive cross-functional transformation, ensuring adherence to HSBC change standards while streamlining processes to support safe, sustainable business growth and agility.In this role you will:
  • Deliver change initiatives across the GPB&W businesses, managing the execution plan, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) , budget, and risks
  • Align stakeholders, ensure good governance, and drive change
  • Track performance using Change Framework, Clarity and Rally
  • Oversee implementation, remove barriers, and ensure Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are realised
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Extensive experience in delivering large scale & complex global change programmes covering both technical and business transformation - essential
  • Experience of regulated governance framework deliveries - essential
  • Working knowledge of Private Banking or Wealth Management would be desirable. Broader financial services experience is essential.
  • In-depth & demonstrable knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, change benefits, and regulatory compliance is essential
