- Evidence of ability to develop, present and operationalise ideas for service development/delivery

- Higher management degree/qualification or training
- Experience of change management
- Evidence of participation in clinical audit
- Evidence of ability to teach and support junior staff effectively
- Original research publications
- Higher teaching degree or qualification
- Able to demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Trust;s behavioural standards
- Able to work flexibly in a changing health system
- Able to use the trust's IT systems
- Ability to travel between City Hospital campus and North Nottinghamshire clinics
