
Commercial Key Account Manager

- Assist in daily department operations to ensure effective trading and exceptional customer support
- Act as deputy for the Head of Customer Experience when needed
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers
- Organise and record regular business review meetings, ensuring actions are completed timely
- Process sales transactions, orders, and proposals efficiently and accurately
- Support and manage a portfolio of existing and new clients to identify opportunities and mitigate competition
- Liaise via phone, email, and face-to-face to maintain effective customer relationships
- Follow protocols for New Product Introduction and onboarding of new clients and products
- Apply project management techniques as necessary, utilising company tools
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, reporting hazards promptly
- Assist the Sales and Operations teams with data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay ahead of market requirements and trends
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within account management or sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with sales processes, proposals, and project management is desirable
