We are looking for Senior Locality Pharmacist (ICN) to provide transformational leadership in medicines optimisation for a diverse community in and around London.
This is an open ended locum role, available until substantive appointment is made
✅ Essential Requirements:RTW in UK (no visa sponsorship can be provided)
Pharmacy Degree (MPharm or recognised equivalent) + GPhC registration.
Proficiency with EPMA – Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration
4+ years' post-graduate clinical pharmacy experience (hospital/primary/community).
Mobile – Ability to travel across Croydon (home visits, clinics, GP practices).💡 Key Duty:Provide expert leadership and specialist advice on medicines management within a designated ICN, ensuring safe, patient-centred care for vulnerable populations.
Teaching & Audit involvement required🔍 Ideal Candidates Will Also Bring:Experience in teaching, audit, or service development.
Strong communication skills to navigate complex prescribing challenges.
A proactive approach to community-focused care.Negotiable pay rates depending on experience
