ASAP August/September start in NEWMARKET, Suffolk: Experienced, "muck-in" Rota Nanny (3 children: G5.5 & twins 4.5 years)A very competitive salary is available for a second, experienced Rota Nanny to work one week on/off with 3 children: G5.5 & twins 4.5 years. It is important that the new nanny will be an excellent team player to liaise with the other nanny (placed by us) and the parents. This is an ASAP August start.~ Working hours: 1 week on/off (mid-week handover).The family is located on the outskirts of the delightful, historic town of Newmarket - a town renowned for thoroughbred horseracing, and it essential the new nanny is comfortable in an equestrian environment, as both parents are affiliated with the industry. It is preferable the nanny has previously worked in a rota position and has good experience with twins. Our client is looking for someone with a very upbeat, positive, "can-do" attitude who will be highly organised and reliable in taking care of 3 children - G5.5 & twins of 4.5 years.The role will include all the typical, daily nanny duties: preparing healthy meals, organising age-appropriate activities and developing a social life for the children including arranging activities with the other nannies locally and of course working well with the other rota nanny! There will be international travel at times, so we do need applicants to genuinely enjoy travelling with their employers.It is a big summer for the family, with one of their nannies leaving and with the twins starting at "big school" in September, so the new Rota Nanny should be adept with supporting children with the step up to school whilst recognising and being sensitive that they will also need to adjust to a new nanny as well. The children have always had nannies and are used to dividing their time between their parents houses. This role is a one week on/off rota, which will be divided between both parents' houses - the parents live very close to each other and are within distance from the town centre with excellent parks/coffee shops/nanny community, but the nanny must be a confident driver. The children will all be at the same school.Client requirements:

Formal childcare training is highly desirable + applicants must have good experience with these age groups.
Native English MT.

Excellent, check-able references and up to date FA & DBS.

Driver essential (town & country).
International travel on occasion when required.
Nanny must be OK with/not allergic to pets (incl. dogs & horses).
Supremely organised, diplomatic & discreet in liaising with two households.
Available to start this appointment ASAP August/September.
