- 5+ years of experience authoring intelligence products, including OSIRs
- 3+ years of experience in OSINT/PAI research, collection methods, and multi-source systems, including advanced PAI analytical principles, data manipulation, and analysis, including geo-enabled PAI
- 1+ years of experience producing ICD 203-compliant all-source intelligence or SIGINT or GEOINT products in a professional analytic role
- Experience with digital searches, and producing collection requirements assessments and working with IC and DoD joint organizations
- Experience applying structured OSINT methodologies in an intelligence or operational context
- Knowledge of PAI platforms, datasets, and technologies, and critical web environments and associated tradecraft
- Knowledge of tools provided by the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, and identifying new and emerging tools
- Ability to brief senior leaders, coordinate with foreign partners, and tailor writing to broad audiences
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Africa, including intelligence or data analysis of political, security, or socio-economic issues
- Experience integrating OSINT/PAI into all-source intelligence production and training others in advanced PAI research and analysis
- Experience in data visualization, nodal analysis, and workflow automation, and using AI or machine learning tools to analyze large datasets in intelligence contexts
- Experience identifying and analyzing disinformation networks, including source vetting for bias and information accuracy
- Experience in investigatory journalistic tradecraft, including transparent documentation of step-by-step collection methods
- Experience evaluating, recommending, and using PAI platforms and technologies, including open-source and public datasets
- Ability to display a at 2/2 DLPT or equivalent in French or another critical language
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Completion of an all-source or single-INT analyst training program such as DIA’s PACE, or CDASA-1
- Completion of government or commercial training in open-source or cyber OSINT, such as BOSIC, BOSC 301/302, BOTC, AOTC, SANS 487, or CASO
