- Deliver the Maths curriculum in small group or 1:1 settings for students with cognition and learning needs.
- Teach GCSE content to students unable to access mainstream classes due to SEMH or emotionally-based school avoidance.
- Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment that empowers every student to thrive.
- Work with a dedicated team to reintegrate students into mainstream education where possible.
- A recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent in Mathematics)
- Prior experience teaching Maths to KS3 or KS4 pupils.
- Can tailor lessons to support SEND and SEMH students effectively.
- Excellent classroom management and the ability to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Clear communication skills and a passion for making maths accessible and enjoyable
- Previous experience working within UK secondary schools
