The opportunities are endless, and the benefits are pretty cool too!The RoleWe’re looking for a Health & Safety professional with hands-on experience in the leisure or retail sector, managing multiple high-footfall sites. You’ll be field-based, leading audits, training, incident investigations and ensuring compliance across health, fire and food safety, working closely with site teams and senior leaders to embed a strong safety culture.This role is fast-paced, varied, and key to keeping our people and customers safe every day.Skills You Need
- Previous experience in leisure or retail, with multi-site responsibility
- NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma (minimum General Certificate)
- Strong understanding of health & safety and food safety legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
