
Product Delivery Leader - Controls

- Ensuring On Time Delivery vs contractual need date.
- Owning the financial performance of product including revenue pacing vs plan, cost, volume.
- Executing the strategy for safety stock and advance release.
- Managing Product cost within budget: tracking ITO cost vs executed cost. Reporting significant variance to project delivery team and commercial team. Communicate lessons learnt to the stakeholders in the business. Drive product cost, lessons learnt and efficiency through effective linkage of product mgt, engineering and supply chain.
- Managing risks of product delivery including risks due to timing, supplier performance, manufacturing.
- Drive Quarterly financial performance (QMI) to pace the financial performance of SP&S.
- Providing timely update to project teams.
- Managing the team of direct reports of product delivery manager.
- Create collaborative environment with PL/Segment, Region and Functions by facilitating regular rhythms with stakeholders in other department for quick speed of execution and exchange of feedback from the customers of SP&S products and services.
- Input into tender and S&OP process.
- Drives product efficiency gains.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent), preference for degree in related field
- Have considerable experience in a Product Delivery Leadership position.
- Have experience working in industry on product delivery organization and financial performance.
- Possess strong knowledge of Subsea Industry market, knowledge of competitors and customers: products, organization, financial performance (although this is not essential).
- Have strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be experienced in managing direct reports and extended teams (a few levels down from the direct reports).
