- Provide personal support to an individual with severe Learning Disabilities andEhlers-Danlos Syndrome
- Support medication administration and provide accurate documentation
- Observe, record, and escalate changes in condition following care plans
- Assist with mobility, nutrition, and other essential care needs
- Communicate effectively with family, Airmid Team and social care teams as required
- Maintain accurate records using our electronic care record system
- Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
- Right to work and live in the UK (UK Citizen or Indefinite Leave to Remain)
- Basic Life Support & Moving and Handling (practical)
- Able to evidence a clean DBS
- Provide satisfactory professional references

- Be able to use your own motor vehicle as part of this role.
- Be reliable, caring, and compassionate.
- Be looking to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals receiving care.
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a frontline NHS role, with experience managing challenging behaviour and Learning Disability within the last 2 years.
