- Starting salary up to £33,000 per annum pending qualifications with £6,000+ uncapped annual bonus potential.
- 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.

- Manage and control customer flow to ensure a positive experience whilst in the centre.
- Organise the service reception team to ensure the customer transition through the centre is managed and at the customer's pace.
- Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction reports and implement changes to address any areas of concern.
- Motivate and coach team members on best practices.
- Being a point of contact for customers' queries.
- Assisting the Service Manager with the daily running of the service reception/workshop team.
- Building positive, professional relationships with staff and customers.
- Starting salary up to £33,000 per annum pending experience/qualifications.
- Uncapped performance-related bonus scheme of up to £6,000+ per annum.
