The role involves working closely with students to help them achieve their full potential, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.Key Details:
  • Location: Farnham, Surrey.
  • Salary: £11.72 - £12.53 per hour (actual annual salary £20,941 - £22,388 depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, term-time only
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Purpose: Support pupils' learning and well-being, assist teachers, and contribute to the smooth running of the school.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering meaningful educational experiences for students.
  • Promote student welfare and contribute to behaviour management.
  • Support teachers in day-to-day classroom activities.
