- Work alongside experienced SENCOs, educational psychologists, and therapists
- Ongoing training, mentoring, professional development in the education and training sector
- First hand insight into behavioural and cognitive support strategies
- A strong foundation for Assistant Psychologist roles or postgraduate study in psychology and education
- Experience working with children (SEN experience preferred, but not essential)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
