Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)Prospero Teaching is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Shepton Mallet that is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.About the Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant experience or qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA training) desirable but not essential
