An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new receptionist to join our vibrant and friendly team at Ruddington Medical Centre.We are currently looking for a candidate to fulfil 20.5 hours per week. The hours available are :Monday 8:00 13:30Tuesday 08:00 - 18:30 (with a 30 min lunch break)Friday 13:30 18:30Our current staff work a mixture of full days and half days during the week to accommodate a good work/home life balance.Having experience of dealing with the public or providing customer service is essential. Excellent communications skills, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are also essential. The ability to be able to do additional hours to cover planned absences is required. There are presently 6 members of the reception team who work very closely together as a team providing front line help and assistance to patients and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in an ever changing and challenging environment.Main duties of the jobNHS and SystmOne would be desirable, however full training will be given. Ruddington Medical Centre is an Accredited Training Practice. We have trainee GPs and several medical students. We were rated Good in our recent CQC inspection.The practice is part of the Rushcliffe PCN and the Nottinghamshire ICB, which are the local practice based commissioning cluster.
