In this flexible and rewarding role, you will be working alongside Occupational Therapists and Reablement Officers playing a vital part in helping individuals regain their confidence and independence after a hospital stay. As the first point of contact for those returning home, you’ll provide essential support and bring positivity to their recovery journey, making a meaningful difference in their lives every day.Your main responsibilities:
  • Supporting people with their personal care and empowering them to do as much as possible on their own.
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on the progress of people’s goals.
  • Assisting with medication and encouraging independence.
  • Completing care records and other relevant paperwork.
  • Facilitating access to community groups and services.
A valid licence and use of a car for work purposes will be required as the role involves visiting people across the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.Full and part-time positions availableTricuro is owned by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council and provides short and long term high quality care and support to adults, their carers and families.
