Location: London Victoria cover mainly 80% of the time & covering Zones 1 & 2 20% of the time.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We take pride in delivering high-quality maintenance services and building long-term relationships with our clients.The RoleWe are looking for a reliable and proactive Foot Mobile Handyman to join our team. The role will be responsible for providing day-to-day building fabric maintenance and minor plumbing works across our portfolio of commercial contracts, including high-profile multi-million-pound sites such as the Zig Zag building.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong maintenance background who enjoys variety in their day and working directly with clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general building fabric maintenance and repairs (e.g. doors, locks, tiling, painting, patch plastering).
  • Undertake minor plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking sinks, replacing taps, fixing leaks).
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies at all times.
  • Travel between client sites in Zones 1 & 2 (Oyster card provided).
  • Participate in out-of-hours works and weekend PPMS as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
  • Good all-round skills in building fabric and basic plumbing.
  • Strong problem-solving approach and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Flexible and reliable, with a “can-do” attitude.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £37/39k
  • Travel: Pre-paid Oyster card (Zones 1-2).
  • Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime:
  • 2x Saturdays per month guaranteed (time and a half).
  • Call-out rota (1 in 2 weeks): £15 standby per day + minimum 4 hours paid when called.
  • Holiday: 26 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
  • Pension: Company pension scheme.
  • Equipment: All tools and travel kit provided.
