- Schedule and coordinate installation crews for residential insulation projects.
- Confirm appointment dates with customers and maintain clear communication.
- Manage and update scheduling systems for efficient team deployment.
- Prepare and track all pre and post-installation documentation (permits, certifications, warranties).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries throughout the project life-cycle.
- Support project closeouts by verifying documentation and liaising with finance and ops teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, sales, technical staff).
- Communicate effectively with external parties, including suppliers and local authorities.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, energy, or a similar field.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional, approachable, and adaptable under pressure.
