- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders and proposals, which are competitive and compliant with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, tendering, BD, and other departments (Business Streams and Disciplines).
- Leading bid or project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk management, and communication plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to drive business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with nuclear industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
- Communicating project status and issues to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Contract management, including claims and variations.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- 10 years of experience, including experience working within the nuclear industry.
- Project or Bid Management experience, preferably for major projects in highly regulated industry, e.g. nuclear.
- Commercial acumen to understand client and tender requirements and to drive competitive tenders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile and self-motivated, with a focus on improving personal and team performance and able to generate innovative outcomes to challenges.
- You enjoy new challenges and are keen to learn and willing to take responsibility whilst also wanting to support others within our team.
- Proficiency in French or Dutch is not mandatory but is beneficial.
