- Managing high-volume Employee Relations cases, escalated from the People Services team
- Advising line managers on HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive HR initiatives and support business goals.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within logistics, distribution, or a similar fast-moving sector
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Confident handling complex ER cases with Union involvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
