This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.The Opportunity:My client is known for its outstanding reputation in property law and its commitment to delivering first-rate client service. This role presents an excellent opportunity to handle a broad residential property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
- Complex title and ownership matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
