We're looking for a Technical Architect with strong .NET and Azure expertise to join a growing and forward-thinking tech team. If you’re passionate about designing scalable solutions, setting technical direction, and guiding engineering teams to deliver robust systems - this could be the role for you.This is a remote-first position with minimal travel (just 1-2 days per month) to our Leeds hub for collaboration and strategic planning sessions.What You'll Be Doing
  • Define and own the architecture for new and existing .NET/Azure-based platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
  • Drive best practices in software architecture, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
  • Mentor and guide development teams on architecture and coding standards
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide thought leadership around modern tech stacks
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, or Lead Developer
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and Azure cloud services
  • Solid understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data architecture and integration patterns
