This is a critical hire for a forward-thinking building services consultancy of around 12 engineers, with exciting plans to expand by another 6-8 people this year. Based near Brixton station, they offer a collaborative office culture with 4 days a week onsite.Key Responsibilities:·Lead mechanical design on a broad range of building services projects
·Oversee project delivery, managing resources and deadlines
·Contribute to client meetings, proposals, and fee bids
·Support and mentor junior engineers within the team
·Play a key role in strategic growth as the business expandsWhat They're Looking For:·Associate (or Principal looking to progress) level mechanical Engineer with UK based consultancy experience
·Strong technical background and ability to lead multidisciplinary projects
·Comfortable in client-facing roles and contributing to business development
·Passion for sustainability, energy performance, and future-focused engineering
